Transfer Ownership

If the home is sold during the first ten years from date of purchase, the remaining unexpired years may be transferred to a new owner. Once the form is completed, please wait for confirmation and a new Home Owner’s Registration Certificate will be issued by GoldShield once the transfer is complete. 

Please note that a change of ownership includes an admin fee of £50.00, and that any change of the Park Home’s location should be followed by an inspection. Proof of painting will be required if applicable.
